BJ888 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1Eligibility and Registration

To register a BJ888 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines.
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion restriction on any gaming platform in the Philippines.
• You have not previously had a BJ888 account closed for a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number to verify your identity. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

BJ888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

2Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your BJ888 account credentials — your username, password, and any OTP codes. BJ888 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone.

You must not share your account with any other person. All activity carried out under your account login is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact BJ888 support immediately and change your password from the account settings screen.

• Only one account is permitted per person, per device, and per payment method.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties.
• BJ888 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has shared their credentials.
• Account balances are non-transferable between registered accounts.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All BJ888 transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Supported deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Cryptocurrency and credit card funding are not accepted on this platform.

Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. BJ888 does not guarantee deposit processing times, which may vary depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered under the same verified identity as the BJ888 account. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, KYC identity verification must be completed through your account dashboard.

• Withdrawals to unverified accounts will not be processed.
• BJ888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance.
• BJ888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any funds determined to have originated from fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity will be forfeited and reported.

4Game Use and Fair Play

BJ888 offers four game categories under a single account: slot games, fish games, bingo, and sports betting. All slot and bingo game outcomes are produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. No outcome is predetermined, and no strategy guarantees a win.

Sports betting markets — including PBA basketball, volleyball, boxing, esports, and international football — are subject to odds that reflect live market conditions. BJ888 reserves the right to void bets in the event of data feed errors, match abandonment, or other circumstances beyond its control. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• BJ888 reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds or game display and will notify affected players.
• Players may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Abuse of game errors, exploits, or unintended platform behaviour is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

All game results are final once confirmed by the platform. Disputes relating to game outcomes must be submitted to BJ888 support within seven (7) days of the event. BJ888's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

5Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BJ888 platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game format.
• Abusing promotional offers in ways not intended by their terms, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Harassing or threatening BJ888 staff or other platform users.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

BJ888 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, BJ888 may suspend or permanently close the account, withhold or forfeit the associated balance, and report the activity to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

6Responsible Gaming

BJ888 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all registered players in the Philippines. Online gaming carries real financial risk. No game outcome at BJ888 — whether in slots, bingo, fish games, or sports betting — is guaranteed. You should only play with funds you can afford to lose and should never treat gaming as a source of income.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will not be reversed by promotional contact from BJ888.

7Account Suspension and Closure

BJ888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• KYC documents provided are found to be fraudulent or cannot be verified.
• The account is associated with prohibited conduct, including fraud or money laundering.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• BJ888 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request and no breach is involved, any verified balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method after KYC confirmation. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be forfeited at BJ888's discretion.

8Limitation of Liability

BJ888 provides this platform on an "as available" basis. While BJ888 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.

• BJ888 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, service interruptions, or network issues outside its control.
• BJ888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses — including loss of winnings — arising from the use of or inability to access the platform.
• BJ888 is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their device, browser, and internet connection are sufficient for platform use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits BJ888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

9Changes to These Terms

BJ888 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Continued use of the BJ888 platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting support.
